DescriptionOUTLAWED … The use of sink boxes, which were anchored far out in the water to give duck hunters unexcelled shooting positions, was restricted by Federal regulations in the ‘Twenties and prohibited during the ‘Thirties as a conservation measure. For the same reason, swivel guns and “long-toms” have been outlawed.
